Exchange window
Eligible unworn items may be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery, with tags and original packaging intact. Final-sale, customised, intimate and hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded.
How to request
Contact customer care with the order number, item, reason and clear photographs. Approval is required before returning a product.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
